Cant get past 60 FPS

Please help, all the problems i see other people having and all the fixes others have suggested are not working at all. I have 144 hz monitor, RTX 4060. I don't know what else I'm supposed to try. Any other game I try runs fine at 120 fps. Even newer games released this year. Not really sure what to do.

Curious what resolution you are running on your game, Same issue for me but being a higher game resolution, Only solution they have provided me is downgrade setup LUL 2024 logic
