My Gf got banned for "Third Party Software" permanently. Help?

We have been playing together for 2 leagues now, ~430h total, we both use Awakened PoE Trade, suddenly she gets banned while updating Valorant and playing Papa's Freezeria (PoE was also open during this). Applied for an unban but we get the standard automatic message.

What can we do about this? We are not using any third party software besides Awakened PoE Trade, we are not RMTers, we farmed every item we have (high playcount, we play like 5-6hrs a day). We love the game but now we can't continue.

She plays on the Epic Games version, while i play on the Steam one.

Sadly until now I got no response for the appeal, we eventually gave up and made another account but if we don't know what happened how can we avoid doing the thing that banned her in the first place? Very dissapointed with PoE support.

Why, because they didn't tell you what got you banned? which is standard operating procedure in the games industry?
They won't, as it provides cheats with an idea on what got them caught and what needs modifying to avoid detection (also why is it always, my SO, friend, sibling.)

I got my gf into this game, and we played it a long time together without any problems, she doesnt know how to write to support and make a thread on forums, that's why "it's always "my SO, friend, sibling".

I mean sure ban us if we actually broke the rules but in this case it was an unjust ban, I tried all of the available ways to appeal her ban but I got no responses.

And we are not dirty filthy cheaters, we duo played PoE from mid Necropolis League with no problems, just enjoying the game, trying every mechanic and learning the game.

In the end we caved in and made another account and started playing ruthless.

Not to cast doubt here but at the end of the day you email support with your concerns (or your GF in this case)

It would go something like, hi, you somehow managed to ban me under article 7(?) and i don't know why as, blah blah balh.

It dose not really require outside (non account holder) interference


But more to the point, this seems to be a recurring theme for those that get banned and post here, it's never themselves but always someone else, either a GF, good friend, or family member but never themselves, and that indicates a pattern of cheating....basically you are trying to guilt trip GGG into unbanning you.

Even if you were genuine there has been enough of this sort of post on behalf of other people that it would automatically get flagged, which dose not help anyone's case if they are genuine.

When I was a moderator for another rather large game, this was always the case lol. "My brother was on my account. My friend got on my account."

Awakened Poe Trade most certainly didn't get them banned, and GGG sees a LOT more than people probably expect.
