No Ralakesh boots interaction with Charges MTX

Hey, I have the Eldritch Planetary Orbit MTX for charges, and I was really hoping that I could see the three in their full glory when I have Ralakesh's Impatience riveted boots equipped. However that is not the case.

I've been told that there were changes to the boots that made them not work. If that's the case I would really like the option to have them show again.

Is this a bug or intended? Or is there an option for me to choose to display spendable vs how much I count as having that I can't seem to find?

Ralakesh boots does not "give you charges", you only count as having max. So no, it's not a bug, as you don't automatically have charges with those boots - you only count as having max.
