Deaf player - boss skill announcements in the chat

Hello,
I am deaf player therefore I cannot use sound in the game. I noticed that end game bosses announce their abilities in the chat and based on info from other players, they even speak. As deaf player I cannot use the sound and watching the chat can be bit tricky if you are in the middle of the fight.

I wanted to ask whether there could be some initiative to the development team to make this bit easier for people like myself.
My suggestion would be either some option that I could set in the settings to move the chat so I could move it more to the middle of the screen to have those boss ability announcements more accessible and visible, or some option to tunr on pop-up messages in the middle of the screen.

Thank you for you time and kind response, Iwanes

This would be a nice change. However, there isn't a single boss in this game that initiates a mechanic exclusively through sound cue. If you can see you can react to visual cues accordingly. Also, the option "Output Dialogue To Chat" already exists and some boss relevant voice lines, before something happens, are printed there.
This will help bot creators as well , just saying .
Not deaf....but I have been playing this game muted since 2013. I don't even know what the boss skill announcements are, nor any sound-related cues.

I only say this to mention that....they aren't necessary. The "visual" cue of whatever line of text they say is the same as the audio cue.

It's actually even where many of the boss skills get their popular names: such as Sirus' "Die" beam. That name only exists because he says "Die" (which is already shown in the chat) prior to casting. Most other bosses share similar chat-related cues that already exist.
