high cpu usage

hi im running a ryzen 7 3700x, geforce 2070 super, 32gb ram.

i been playing the game for a couple months now and since last few days my cpu usage is really high and makes me crash when i play poe. i tried different recent games and my cpu usage is normal. i tried every settings possible in poe and on my computer and i still have the same problem. i get 95% usage in loadings and when im in a map i get 100% and my game crash of course. i really wanna play can you please help me ?
