Ruthless Deadeye ascendancy - Frenzy - Extremly inconsistante ?
Hello so I'm in ruthless , I was trying the "Avidity" ruthless ascendancy version .
Let me explain my point of view . Run 3s to get 1 frenzy charge , no linger , if you stop at 2s you get nothing , if your character stop moving by any reason (character bad pathing ,etc...) . Sometimes I was running for like 12s before getting a frenzy charge. The fact if you aren't a ballista build & run around like a chicken all the times. This ascendancy is completly useless , the uptime is terrible . A setup 2 gem setup manaforge arrow + frenzy is just better . Yes you gain +1 maximum frenzy but it's just an + 4% more Damage and +4% attack speed . yes Icebite exist but any other ascendancy point give you way more dmg , like focal point. Moreover Frenzy charge in ruthless doesn't give movement speed & no extra accuracy from the ascendancy A way to fix it Find a way to make it relevant , 1s like normal game maybe , it's really bad at the moment.
