Claim Race Reward Question

Will non-unique race reward alt arts be claimable at some point for mtx? I notice on the wiki that there appears to be support for this already in the game files (https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Alternate_Art_Moonstone_Ring) but in-game it does not work.
