Idea for new super rare unique amulet for next league!

Would be cool to have a unique amulet for example witch counts Unique Flasks as Utility Flasks , making it a combo with Mageblood belt that everyone would want. I imagine it having a little bit of resistance on it 30-40 all attributes and the flask mod on it!

There is a reason why similar powerful items are belts, you don't want to give a player too many of these insanely strong chase uniques. Even less so when they complement each other. It would need a serious downside in order to be halfway balanced. Maybe it deactivates the rightmost 1-3 (roll range) flask slots and drops corrupted so you can't just divine it to be 1 flask. Or it makes it so you can't use magic flasks at all. Or both. Dunno if the latter one would be much of a problem given its upside though.

Would you want to also be able to use the instilling blorbs on them?
The mod would have to be inactive without the amulet on or the craft removed when it leaves your inventory/stash. Wouldn't mind some item-sets coming into play though or mod-sets similar to item sets but more randomly rolled on rares and would be difficult to get a matching set with all of the right mods on the right item bases.
