Why I still can use same MTX skin/effect only on a single character?

Why? There is not even a single real reason for such limitation. For example, I want to use same pet for all characters, but I can't do it. I need reattach it every time I change character. But for some reason portals are not limited this way.

Yes. Wouldn't call it insane, it's more a simple relationship between demand and supply.
