Account Locked

My account back in May got hacked and someone deleted all of my progress and inventory. I contacted support and got no help besides them telling me they cant rollback my character or replace what was lost. Instead i was given an account lock to prevent further damage to my account. Which was fine at the time, now nearly 4 months later i come back to try and play again and send in a support ticket days ago to no response. And since my account is locked i cant sign into the poe website for help, i have to create a new account to make a thread about my issue, Can anyone here offer assistance?
