Gender Change for Classes POE2 and 1

I'll admit that this is a selfish request of mine but I never liked playing a female character in POE so I never played any female classes which basically is almost half of the game. So I wish we could have a gender change or a male MTX which I could use so I can play the female classes.

I don't are about the voices so I think they are fine to stay the same.

I also wonder if there are people here like me. Thanks!

The best i think we will see is premium char models, Chris was asked directly about it at an exilecon and that's what he replied with.

There's almost no gender variant i wouldn't want to play just to experience their personality and cander through the game as well as the way they hold themselves and their equipment.

Can live without them but they wouldn't be unwelcome i think.

I'd love to be able to play a female marauder!

I understood what they wanted to do at first, but anymore I don't think the characters themselves have enough of a story or personality to justify the gender lock. Please GGG let us play whatever class/gender combo we want.

As SilentSymphony mentioned, the only potential option we can hope for is mtx. Exclusively for PoE2 and definitely not during the early access.

Good news for you, in PoE2 there are 12 characters and only 4 of them are females (in early access launch though only 4 males will be available, which temporary brings us back to 50/50% distribution).

I agree, my wife and I will be playing and we both like to pick characters that are the same M/F as we are. I plan on spending alot of time on the game and enjoying the character that you are playing is part of that. Im a large fit male I play characters that are tank like, I have a history with religion so I tend to play "Holy" based classes. Idk what everyones reasoning is but I just dont like playing as a female when Im a male so I usually dont. Options would be nice, like if me and my wife could play as a M/F version of Templar together.

I wouldn't mind paying for it. They could just treat it like any MTX. Also I think it matches with the LORE since the characters are traversing different worlds or dimensions so having different genders makes sense.

Yes. 50/50 it is! Also Good for me, I have the option to use Mercenary as a male range in POE 2.

But I want to try a male sorceress/witch too! Technically, I can play a mage build using male classes but I won't have access to the ascendancies. So yeah, hopefully we can have it.

i would prefer if GGG threw us a bone and made gender options available FOC, or better yet let us choose a character model for free.

but if the only way that this is happening is via mtx, then i would say take my money.
