Add a marker to the minimap for last 5 mobs in Fetid Pool and Fallen From Grace Quests

Kill all mobs is a 25-yr old mechanic that has not aged well. It's time to put it to bed, or at least mark the minimap.
As much as I love D2 (and thus PoE), a thing like this can safely be modernized without sacrificing anything whatsoever.
