game doesnt launch

1 week ago i have played few days normaly (exepting lags every 1-2mis for 2-5 sec stop game screen lag).

right now sometime after teleport to another location game totaly freeze than i can continue play even to wait 20 mins its never unlag only the option close the game https://prnt.sc/665bxO0b9YBd

after i got such error on the log in page. on my best server (singapore) and another servers works well. than another servers all broken as well so i cant even launch the game. i have tryed to change internet provider. same thing...

how to solve it?
