kicked when holding skills

affects both steam and POE launcher
affects all settings
affects all charakters

HOLDING any skill that is spammable will result in a kick
spamming the same button over and over agian to perform same action in same time will NOT result in a kick

skills with a cooldown (like flame dash)
are unaffected and wont result in a kick
