Infinite latency , game works only with vpn.

Hello, this problem only happened today, i connect to character selection screen normally the problem occures when i enter ingame , the lag immediatly starts and i can't do anything tried the following:
using wi-fi instead of cable nothing.
used 4g from my phone nothing aswell.
used tunnelbear vpn worked fine.
