Failed to connect to instance

Kingsmarch from Frankfurd, London and Paris realms. 5 min ago kiked from the game and get failet to login. It's my problem or from servers?

In tryin login in Washington DC and Milan, on servers im login, but when i try TP to Kingsmarch im kiked on login screan with massage "Failed to connect to instance"

Whats happened?


UPD: meanwhile, 20 min after Login wass successfully produced. But the question remained, was it a problem on the game’s side or mine?

I still have the same problem.
At first i couldnt even connect to the game from frankfurt realm.
I switchted to london and it worked, but if i wanted to go to kingsmarch, i would get the same error and dc to the login screen.

Can´t connect to certain instances either. Switching servers doesn`t help. region is europe. Pls send help!

Same here.. Can this be a routing problem of some kind? I think my provider (Telekom) has some connecting issues to other services too (although most of the internet seems to be fine)

Guys, i forced my router to reconnect and it is working again.

Connection problems with other services are resolved and so is this problem for me (without doing anything on my side)
