Game DCd and Inscribed Ultimatum loss

Hi! I've never written to support before, but this one case really got me upset =(
Started a pretty easy Inscribed Ultimatum to double 6 Sephiroth cards, shortly after start the game started to freeze and then I got disconnected.
When i log in the portals were in place but the ultimatum was lost.
As a result, instead of profit, I lost all the cards (it's about 6 Divine Orbs)
Do you have experience and practice in analyzing such situations and compensations?
