Is it against the rules to play on more than one account simultaneously?

Is it against the rules to play on more than one account simultaneously?

As I heard, you can't run more than 2 accounts on the same PC (but you can have a laptop on the side and have 2 more running, or 2 laptops and 4 more, so basically a full party).

Is it against the rules to use multiple accounts?

I know that any third-party programs, mirroring movements, or something is not allowed, and you have to control those accounts manually by yourself.
But... is that again a rules if I will just have a full party with my main character and my 5 leechers to an example boost drops from monsters as an example? Just you know, going in and out of maps while using them and clicking portals in and out by myself.
