horticrafting option for typeless reroll

it'd be nice if there was a cheap (aka 50) horticrafting reroll which didn't guarantee any particular tag or anything, it was just a striaght up reroll (aka reforge rare item).

After looking up on the 3rd party site to get the info I needed, I realize that none of the ones really give me something all that worthwhile for what I'm looking for.
