Question on PoE2: Movement Speed and Boots

Since I didn't find any PoE2 specific forum section, I decided to ask here. Sorry if this is not correct and please point out the right forum in that case. Thanks.

Anyways, one of my major issue in PoE1 is that movement speed is a kind of mandatory affix in boots for most of the builds. This results in two stupid key points:
a) Boots are literally the only equipment piece which have only 5 affixes
b) Any boots without movement speed are low in value (not necessarily trade aspect, but for the decision to equip them)

So my question is: In PoE2, will movement speed still be an affix for boots?
