Item corpses, one time usage ?

i bought the corpse of a perfect forest tiger for several divines. i raise it as a spectre, which is now dead. i tried to raise it again with desecrate, but don't find it on the created corpses. i multiplied desecrate casts and couldn't find any forest tiger corpse to raise. Why? Is it a single-use corpse? That's an expensive spectre....

I play first time as minion cuck and I am truly amazed how trash the system is. It's T17 level of garbage.
