Hideout MTX purchase failed, took my currency, but didn't give hideout MTX

As the title states, I attempted to purchase "Celestial Nebula Hideout" and although the MTX failed, it took my currency but the hideout doesn't show up in game and I didn't get a MTX purchase confirmation as I usually do when I've bought MTX in the past. TIA
