Suggestion for Cartography Scarab of Risk

Hello!

I love the concept of Cartography Scarab of Risk, but why isn’t the added mod affected by “map modifier effect”?

With endgame juicing greatly scaled back and player quant removed from items, is it really too OP for this scarab to scale with map mod effect?
