Textures loading slow

Every time I launch the game after a day of not playing the textures load very slowly in each new zone for that given day. Sometimes the game will just crash if too much is going on during this like zoning into a map with tons of mobs right out of the gate.

Even went a tried playing Cyberpunk 2077 with max settings and everything was fine so im not sure what could be wrong.
