Rate Limiting Active when trying to add email to account

Hello,
I'm trying to add an email to my Path of Exile account (created/linked through steam). When I try to add a email address, I just get an error saying "Rate limiting active. You must wait for 120 seconds.". I've tried waiting 5+ minutes, tried with different browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome), all to no avail, it's always the exact same message. I don't want to publicly post the email address that I want to add here, how can I go about adding it? Will I have to contact support@grindingeargames.com directly (as suggested in other, quite old threads (5+ years ago))? Last bumped on Sep 2, 2024, 6:26:58 PM
