Implement Upgrade Orb

Hi! I suggest a new basic currency for the game: "Upgrade Orb". The one must be much powerful and rarer than Divine Orb. The Vendor recipe of the new currency must be "A rare item with six explicit modifiers with tier 1, with no veiled, influenced, essence, and crafted modifiers". This way, to adquire the new currency through the vendor recipe, the players must to expense rare currency like exalted, sanctified fossils, etc.
Also, the experience of crafting in Path of Exile with this currency becomes more friendly, adding a new crafting method that, with constancy, allows to come to endgame build.
