I'm logging from a different location, and I never get the email to prove so

Heya, I just moved yesterday into a new place, and so when I tried to connect the game said "you're logging from a different location, please re enter your password". So I do, and then it goes "your account has been locked because it was accessed from another location. An unlock code has been sent to your email adress. Make sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it".
I never got a single email yesterday, I thought maybe it sends it a few hours later so I waited for today and tried on the evening, I got nothing at all in a full day. Tried to go again just 10 mins ago and still not receiving a thing to unlock. Sooo... Can't log in, can't play. Kind of a bummer. (For information I only have one email adress so it can't be on another one, and I have checked every folder thoroughly). Help would be welcome, thanks. Last bumped on Aug 29, 2024, 2:54:51 PM

I added your mail as a contact, and then resend an email and this time it worked. It's a bit weird because I never blocked or did anything similir to your adress.
Anyway, thanks it works now. |
