Glacial Hammer Shattering effect cosmetic

Hey, I'm currently playing with Glacial Hammer and I notice we dont have any skill cosmetics for it, in the beginning I though it has almost no animation so it would make sense but, there seems to be a shattering or splash animation on enemies and is kinda terrible and also slows downs the instance, could we have a cosmetic to change that animation?
