Infernal cry buff is not scaling with warcry buff effect modifiers

I currently have 125% increased warcry buff effect and all other warcry skills scale properly (i didn’t test generals cry, rallying cry, or corrupting cry support)

Infernal cry buff effect at full power should give the same damage as socketing a level 1 added fire damage support gem. 25% of physical damage added as extra fire damage. Socketing this gem indeed adds 25% of my phys as fire.

With 125% increased warcry buff effect I should be getting 56% extra phys as fire. However it is only giving me exactly 25%, just like level 1 added fire damage support.
