Game won't load after selecting Character

When I select any character my game crashes. I have tried verifying the integrity of the files and clearing the cache, and neither have helped. I have been able to login a few times, but usually immediately crash upon changing the instance.

same i installed the game again and it will let me log into my standard characters fine but crashed when i go to log into league characters
