Huge FPS drop spikes

I'm reaching out here to know if there is anything to try and fix this spike problems, I've played other leagues before but it had never been this bad for me, my graphics options are all set to low even tho I'm pretty sure that my CPU is good enough to not have these isues with other games. The major issue is maps and contents like harvest, betrayal safehouse (where I need to stop the mobs from destroying evidences), blight and mostly whenever there's a sudden huge pack of monsters spawning (strongbox, abyss, etc...) my game just stutters really badly to the point my character dies because I can't even move him. Already tried changing my resolution, turning off and on multithread, changing between Directx 11-12 (vulkan just crashes my game everytime), nothing seems to improve or stop the game from freezing when I get these bad fps drops - sending a video with the graph enabled. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7e0yhodqeEc CPU Spec Processor : AMD Ryzen 5 7600 6-core GPU : NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB - Drivers updated RAM : 1DDR5 Memmory 4800Mhz Kingston Furybeast Operational System : Windows 11 Pro Running the game with an SSD as recommended.
