POE 2 launch time

Thank you for all the hard work around POE 2, It looks awesome.

When you say that early access Will be launch on november 15, is It New Zealand time ir the Américas time zone?

I need to confirm with my job dealer the holidays 2 months earlierand i'd like to test all I can this early access.
