Skin from Xbox to PC

Is there anyone i can talk to about just getting the skins from my xbox account to my PC, i just want to use the skins from the annihilator pack that i bought?

Hey there, I'm afraid that it is not possible to access console purchases/microtransactions from PC as these are entirely separate systems. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!
