Shipment rescue, Admiral Valerius, portal not appearing

A shipment from Kingsmarch was taken by pirates.
I selected the rescue option, but a portal to Admiral Valerius' arena did not appear. My only option now is to abandon the shipment. Last bumped on Aug 24, 2024, 8:10:39 PM
