New flask idea that has no bonus but instead has more duration

I may name this "Copper Flask" and "Lead Flask"
These flasks focus on effects from prefix and suffix modifier that has no
effect it's self


Copper Flask give more charge to use (charge 20/60) and last 8 seconds

Lead Flask give more duration to use with charge (30/60) and last 15 seconds
