So depending on what your issue is the support "flow chart" is something like
Hi, we see your ticket and will get back to you asap (asap dose not mean immediately) IF your issue is anything that requires security questions you will then receive several emails asking assorted questions. After which you are placed in a queue until it is your turn to have the ticket resolved. In the distant past they just put you in a queue and you had to just wait (and if you tried bumping you were re setting your place in the queue) and you could hear nothing for upto a month, though it is a lot quicker now than it was then.
