Extremely bad lag spikes, getting me killed all the time

Every 5 to 10 seconds I will receive lags spikes that last 2 to 5 seconds getting me killed. This is very frustrating, I do not know how to fix this issue. I have high speed 1 gig download speed with a wired connection. I am connected to the closest server, please help! First league here, and would like a really smooth experience. Thanks!

This thing exist in game for about 10 years, and happening randomly to anyone.

Problem is - GGG servers stability/Quality - but they don't wanna do anything with them at all.

I've stopped playing current league, because of more common random "Server Disconnection occured" that's starts happening to me like 4-5 times/hour with no reason.
