Can we get the old retaliation skills back?

Serious question, the ones that replaced them are just janky slam skills with more requirements for use. Not everyone likes slam skills, many people hate them and they make no sense compared to the old ones. If the old ones were added back with the new ones then it might be a viable build. As is the new one is more of an after thought skills.
