Random 50K+ ms Latency on zone change

It's a roll of the dice whether or not I can play every time I open a map or change zones. It's always preceded by an extra long load screen, then about 3 seconds into the map I'm rendered immobile due to my latency going well past 50k ms. Normally I get 2 ms of latency on the Texas server. This has only been happening in the past few days.

I have been having similar issues. I am using the Texas server.
Traceroute: " When I pinged there wasn't any packet loss. Seems to be inconsistent. |
