Can you help me with my Juggernaut Cyclone Build?

Hi!

This is my first time really playing Path of Exile, my first character was an Arc Witch, that didn't really pan out very well. So I tried to do something tankier.

The Juggernaut + Cyclone Seemed like a good change of pace, and I've always been a fan of the ol' barbarian spin to win.

I can do.. T16 maps somewhat reliably without dying too many times, I have managed to get to level 93, which feels like an accomplishment, but now I am not really sure what to do to make myself better.

Path of Exile feels like it has so many moving parts that I am struggling to try to figure out what I can do to make myself better (Outside of dropping tons of divines on god-rolled items people are selling?)

I'm pretty sure I got my characters set to be viewable? If anyone can help I'd be open to suggestions. I have almost 200 orbs of regret saved up, so if I have to completely redo my tree I do have the ability to do so.

Thank you in advance if anyone is able to give some advice. I've seen other people just utterly destroying this game in ways that seem unfathomable to me so I figured I must just be doing something wrong.

Can you post your POB? Maybe I can help guide you on passive points. Gear - another story, and currency based. :)

On another note, until it can be afforded to buy accuracy gear (or farmed/crafted), I tell people to take the "Resolute Technique" node - left side of your talent tree. You can later open up to crit building, or if you're just accuracy stacking, take the "precise technique" node and boost damage by 40% as long as your accuracy is higher than your active health.

I am uncertain how to do that. Apologies. This is the first time I've really actually played Path of Exile.

Is it something to do with setting your characters public? Because I was told I needed to do that before and did so.. I think?

So, quickly looking at gear and gems etc, it looks like you're attempting a fire cyclone?

How is your currency situation? Not saying you need to be rich! Just making sure you have a few divines / enough chaos to consider rolling some things around. As well as having orbs of regret.

That is my tree, and if I were using cyclone with a jugg, I would use a similar build to that, except I would not take precise technique, I'd keep accuracy high and find crit strike / multiplier where I could. I'd also utilize a cluster jewel (like you have), and aim for more crit there too, and drop two hand mastery.

I'd save up for a very good watcher's eye (blight is a decent farm btw at t14-16). That watchers eye would have double pride explicit's... the ones that say "increased phys damage while using pride" and the other one says "chance to implale 25% or something while using pride". I would not use the tree to get impale, and cyclone hits a lot, so impales should happen often enough, as well as bleeds to have damage boost from ailments.

I, indeed need to upgrade a little. Juice the armor up a bit, even though I'm at the phys reduction cap of 90% even while moving, it will raise the EHP because its accounting for debuffs, etc.

I also need to raise the suppression a bit. But I literally would use a similar POB because it's what i'm used too, with the addition of a nice cluster jewel.

Stack as much attack speed as you can too - and movement boots with 35% almost a must for cyclone builds. But thats just my opinion. :)

It won't be hard to see why I went the suppression route when you're taking spells like a champion. :)

I wouldn't say I was specifically going for a fire Cyclone.

I picked up Herald of Ash early because it was a nice bonus to damage, and I've simply been using it ever since. Worked well with Herald of Purity as it gave me fire damage based on my physical damage and Herald of Purity gave me more physical damage.

As for currency, I am certainly not rich, but I do have 5 Divine Orbs to my name and 294 Chaos Orbs.

I haven't engaged in alot of trading. I'm not really sure what is even good or bad prices for items.
