Crafter took my base and orb and broke the deal. Is there any punishment?

Hello,
One crafter took my base imperial claws 27% quality and my vailed orb that I dropped from Catarina yesterday and agreed to craft phys claws. We had deal for t1 t1 t1 claws full phys and he did it. - we had deal for 60 divs. Now he doesn't want to give me this item and take 60 divs because claws are luckily perfect and he said they are worth more... and he placed them on trade for 450 divs (27% quality full phys with 7% double damage suffix inside so easy to find)- is there any proceder to punish this player? Im casual. I died in Catarina's lair few time... It was my personal drop, and personal base 27% quality gift from my friend. IS there any proceder to punish crafter without honor? Thank you exiles. I have answer from GGG. They will not do anything except flag. There is no real punishment for crimes in Wraeclast. Brutal world as it is defined.
