No Windows-Border in Windowed mode

Hi!

I play poe in usually play PoE in windowed mode, but all of a sudden, my PoE (in windowed mode) doesn't have the usual "windows border" (the one to minimize, maximize or close applications).

During a PoE session yesterday it suddenly changed and rebooting the the game or PC doesn't help.

Any advice what I might did?
