Bad Performance with AM5 CPU/GPU

Hello, I would like to know how can I get a better performance in my gameplay, currently Im having spikes in T16 8-mod maps and T17. My rig has the next specs:

GPU: AMD RX 7800XT
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
RAM: 32GB DDR5 5600MT/s
Storage: 1 TB M.2
