New to POE PC but a veteran to PSN POE

I am trying to play pc poe and it says I need to create an account. When I click "create account" I just keep getting sent back to my psn log in here. Is there anyway to "link" a pc login to this account here? I see in my account settings there's a "primary/secondary" login. No options to create a secondary log in though.

Furthermore, will my PSN MTX purchased from poe 1 carry over to poe2? Answer is Yes from what I've gathered. Well, how about if I play on PC? I want to use that same account as it's supposedly crossplay. I should in theory be allowed to run my psn account OR my pc account and have all my mtx on poe 2 transferable from pc-psn right ONE account to rule all the devices? Xbox/pc/psn all one account with same mtx?

Lastly, If I make a pc account now so I can play for the next year (my PS is out dated and I am not buying a new one) and purchase MTX for my pc account. Will the PC account + my PSN account have the ability to "synch" together as battle.net did for diablo 2 resurrected?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. I ultimately am trying to play poe on pc, make MTX transactions and link my pc/psn account together for poe 2.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I just sent an email. Been trouble shooting this for the last two days. I am eager to play the game on pc, but not if it means my mtx for pc / psn will be independent and won't merge. I guess I'll just have to wait another year until it comes out. I've invested a fair amount into my psn account and it would feel pointless to do that again on pc if they don't "synch" for poe2.
