Lazy Admins and Hypocrites Banned For awakened POE (Sorry for the long long rant)

HI I recently got banned, didn't know you Poe page told u why your banned. so i made ban appeal asking why. Realized i could see why and then I emailed support . Didn't help at all. Just got auto reply's and false hope. Crazy how everyone uses awakened trade but since i was playing for to long i get banned for it OK. I wont be coming back, this is by the worse experience I've had with any gaming studies. YES IM SALTY. All the admin had to my was check my clicks. Everything i did in game was completely random and spaced-out. Only thing could of been mistaken for a bot was me buying chisels. After every kirac mission. Just frustrating and instead of going back and checking my inputs (if possible) they just banned me for awakened trade. Something promoted and used by every one in the community. If awakened traded is banable offense maybe you should go after the people that are making vides using it and promoting it. Its ok to use it if GGG is benefiting from it but if your normie they have no problem ban farming you lol. Very professional. Probley be back next league. Happy mirror hunting HF <3

HI, sorry to bother you again. I was very dissatisfied with my ban appeal. I couldn't figure out how to post on forums, so instead I'm just going to email yall. (sorry). In hopes yall could give this information to the appeal team. I was banned for 3rd party software but I've never even thought of using bots or macros. Offend honestly. The only thing that should be considered 3rd party that i have software is awakened trade but everyone in the community uses it. Steamers and influencers included. I can provide proof, I got this computer august the 3rd of this month. I haven't cleared any of the history or download history of chrome or internet explorer, the only browsers on my laptop. I'd like for y'all to make sure your administrators aren't falsely banning people. I'm not a game developer, so I probably shouldn't speak on this but if the administrator could have taken the time to see that all my inputs are completely random and spaced out (if possible) he would see that i was indeed not boting. I joined the league really late , so I've been putting in an ungodly amount of hours. got this pc just for poe. {( I have a problem} My guess is he just saw my hours where I've been playing for days . ( leave my pc on when i go to bed usually by accident I'm a slob) and banned me. must've been feening for that dopamine hit. Also I was wondering how long this process usually takes. So to prove myself I've taken records of all my download history and history and attached it to this email. My account name is nitch_2 and my character name is SISYPHUStm!!
