Absorption charges not affected by currency MTX effect

Absorption charges not affected by currency MTX effect

The MTX called Currency Orb Charge Effect does not affect absorption charges generated by the item Graven's Secret Cloth Belt*. Rather converted power charges.

It doesn't seem to be a bug due to the description of the MTX not mentioning absorption charges, but I am unsure why absorption charges shouldn't be affected by this MTX.
