Account stuck private

Hello,

I have run into an issue where no matter what I do I cannot get my account to show up for others or PoB. Every time it says the account is private even though I have gone into my settings multiple days in a row and made sure nothing is checked and the update button is selected to be certain no privacy settings are selected when it is updated. I am not sure where else to check or what else I can possibly do.
