Sound missing ( Dm and big drops )

Hello,

I'm having an issue since this league, some sounds are missing, especially the one for the loot, divines and such dont make any noise(never), Dms dont make any noise either most of the time.

A bit of context, i used to have a voicemeeter setup that i removed not long ago and i manually change my audio output device in windows a few times a day ( from speaker to headset ). The audio output setting in PoE is bugged (always has been) but with some tweaking i manage to make it work (wrong audio output is selected but noise still coming out etc).

I dont have this issue in any other applications on my computer and i tried different loot filter aswell as no loot filter at all.

Any ideas ?
