Refund possibly for cape I just purchased?

Hello. I bought the "Starfall Cloak" a few minutes ago, but it has clipping at the top with the headgear I wanted to wear it with. I bought it to wear with this outfit, so the clipping ruins the look. Does not look clean and I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew there would be collision with the cloak and headgear. I actually got the "Sunrise Cloak" after this when I realized that the Starfall Cloak was raised up on the shoulders higher than other cloaks. I wish people would notice this before purchasing! It DOES NOT fit the way you think a cape would fit. I'm sure it will have clipping with other headgear pieces as well, so maybe this should be fixed? Not sure.
