Constant Crashing

Hey in this league im having this bug where my game completely freezes , unless i click it and make it intentionally crash so i can restart my game, tried staying waiting the freeze go away but it never happens.

So for an ideea i experience this sometimes in cities when one guy joined the instance i was in with some random effects but most of these crashes are in maps with stuff like expedition and blight, they spawn a lot of mobs out of blue and my game gets freezed from it and idk what could i do to make it work, i cannot run these mechanics at all. ( also im running the fps meter from game and steam it always crashes at 100-120 fps , so its not a drop to 0 fps or something and my game crashes from that or anything )

As for hardware , Im running an i5 12400f,rtx 3070, 32 gb of ram dd4 3200 mhz, and a samsung 980 evo so i believe is not a hardware issue it should be more than enough to run poe , also as for drivers everything is up to date .
